TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

1.1. The promoter is Cool Kids Sticker Co. (ABN: 89 635 144 213) ("the Promoter").
1.2. By entering this promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. The promotion runs from 18 March 2025 to 30 April 2025 ("Promotion Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members, and associated agencies are ineligible.
2.3. Entrants must submit their name, email, phone number, and may optionally provide their child’s birth date.
2.4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. ENTRY MECHANICS

3.1. To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available at www.coolkidsstickerco.com before 11:59 PM AEST on 23 April 2025.
3.2. Incomplete, late, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
3.3. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Cool Kids Sticker Co. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

4. PRIZE DETAILS

4.1. The prize consists of a $500 AUD credit to be used towards a Kids' Bedroom or Playroom Decal Makeover from Cool Kids Sticker Co.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.3. The prize must be redeemed within three (3) months of the winner announcement, or it will be forfeited.
4.4. If the total value of selected decals exceeds $500, the winner must pay the difference.
4.5. Delivery is included Australia-wide. Installation is not included.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

5.1. The winner will be randomly drawn on 24 April 2025 at 10:00 AM AEST.
5.2. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a redraw will take place.

6. PRIVACY & DATA USE

6.1. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
6.2. Entrants’ details will not be sold or shared with third parties.

7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
7.2. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of this promotion.
7.3. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
